- Target Group: Adolescent girls aged 16–18 years.
- Training: Short-term skill development courses under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).
- Focus: Non-traditional and emerging job roles.
- Coverage: Especially Aspirational & tribal districts like Sonbhadra.
- Objective: Build confidence, economic independence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Virtual Participation: Girls from across India joined via webcast.
Vision: Contributes to the goal of Viksit Bharat@2047 by empowering adolescent girls through skills and entrepreneurship.
