Khelo India ASMITA Football League 2025-26 was inaugurated by Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Raksha Nikhil Khadse, at Godavari Engineering College Ground, Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
The initiative represents affirmative action aimed at increasing women's participation in sports.
It targets untapped talent with a special focus on girls from diverse communities, promoting empowerment through sports.
