PM-JANMAN Housing Support for PVTGs in Bihar IN NEWS

Introduction

The Bihar government has approved the construction of pucca houses with modern amenities for families belonging to nine Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan (PM-JANMAN). The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and aims to improve the socio-economic conditions of vulnerable tribal communities across the State.
