Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled educators to join our team as Associate Faculty, Faculty, or Senior Faculty for English scripting batches of UPSC & SSC CGL GS preparation. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing academic resources, conducting assessments, and mentoring students.
Candidates must be able to teach in English for scripting purposes, but explanations may be given in English, Hindi, or both, depending on student needs. Comfort with live online platforms and maintaining high academic standards is essential.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate from NIRF Top 20 Universities, IITs/NITs (Top 100), JNU, BHU, DU, IISc, or colleges ranked NIRF Top 30OR
Minimum 3 years experience in Unicorn EdTechs or reputed institutes like Vajiram, Drishti (English Batch), Vision IASOR
7+ years experience in the UPSC domainOR
5+ years experience with strong subject knowledge and excellent online teaching skills

Special Note:

Freshers from NIRF Top 20 universities with excellent academics (10th + 12th + Graduation average ≥ 80%) are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and explanation skills in English and/or Hindi
- Comfortable with live teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Ability to handle academic responsibilities efficiently
- Mentally prepared to maintain professional standards in online teaching

Bonuses

Compensation:

Full-Time: ₹12 LPA and above, up to 25% hike based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Full-Time Faculty:

Conduct minimum 2 lectures of 90 minutes each, maximum 3 lectures per day within shift timings 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures in English (scripting batch).
Provide clarifications/explanations in English, Hindi, or both as needed.
Develop study notes, learning materials, and question banks.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress.
Provide feedback and mentorship to students.
Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by management, including content review, doubt-clearing sessions, or curriculum planning.

Part-Time Faculty:

Deliver lectures across multiple shifts based on availability and management requirements.
Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and feedback reports as needed.
Participate in academic activities as assigned by management.
