Job Title: SSC CGL Verbal Faculty (Live Classes)
Location: Mumbai (Offline) / Online (Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams)
Institute: Eminent IAS
Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and exam-focused Verbal Faculty for SSC CGL to teach live online or offline batches. You will be responsible for delivering concept-rich sessions, solving doubts interactively, and developing result-oriented content like assignments, mock tests, and study material.
Batch & Class Details:
  • Batch size: 25–45 students
  • Platform: Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams
  • Session Duration: 90 minutes max
  • Schedule:
    • Initial 1 Month: 1 session/day (Monday to Saturday)
    • After 1st Month: Max 2 sessions/day
  • Doubt Solving: Must use audio + video for real-time student support during sessions.
  • Practice Work: Must solve practice sets and assignments during the session.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
  • Minimum Graduation in any disciplineAND
    • SSC CGL English Section Score: 45+ marks in Tier I (2016 onwards)OR
    • Academic Background: Scored 95+ marks in English (average of Class 10th & 12th)OR
    • For PG candidates: Graduate from NIRF Top 20 University or hold a PhD in English/Linguistics.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant teaching experience in SSC/Bank/Competitive Exam Coaching Institutes.
  • Freshers with strong academic profile and high SSC scores may also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Teach complete SSC CGL English syllabus (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Error Spotting, Cloze Test, etc.).
  • Deliver engaging, exam-relevant sessions with live explanations and instant problem-solving.
  • Solve doubts live (with camera & mic ON) and ensure all student queries are addressed during or immediately after class.
  • Solve daily practice sets during class to build student accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare and update:
    • Mock Tests
    • Assignments & DPPs (Daily Practice Problems)
    • Topic-wise Practice Sets
    • Complete Study Materials
  • Track student performance and adapt sessions based on batch performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SSC CGL exam trends and question patterns.

      • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint (PPT), and PDF creation
    • Should know how to screen share and use digital teaching tools effectively
