* Registration Fee (₹5,000) is **100% refundable only if EMINENT IAS fails to allot a Personal Mentor within 5 working days** of successful payment.
* Once the Personal Mentor has been allotted within the prescribed timeline, the Registration Fee becomes non-refundable.
* The First Installment (₹10,000) must be paid within **30 days** of course commencement.
* Scholarships are granted only after verification of all supporting documents.
* Only one scholarship category may be availed.
* The deferred payment facility for the remaining balance after qualifying the Preliminary Examination is subject to the Program Agreement and continued compliance with the program terms.
