Mentor Quality at Eminent IAS At Eminent IAS, mentors are carefully selected to provide students with the right guidance and support throughout their preparation journey. Our mentors are either UPSC Prelims or Mains qualified, or hold equivalent qualifications in State PCS examinations such as BPSC, UPPSC, RPSC, MPPSC, CGPSC, JPSC, WBCS, TNPSC, HPSC, and others. Mentors are generally drawn from graduates of Top 50 NIRF-ranked Engineering colleges or Top 35 NIRF-ranked Arts colleges. In addition, mentors who have secured results in UPSC or State PCS examinations (Prelims or Mains) may come from any recognized Indian university as alumni, with their exam results serving as the key qualification. This ensures that mentorship is grounded in both academic merit and real exam experience. Disclaimer Students cannot insist on being assigned to a particular mentor. Mentor allocation is determined by Eminent IAS based on availability, expertise, and batch requirements. Only students whose performance ranks within the Top 5 of their running batch in the last three cumulative tests (held every 21 days) may be considered for special mentor allocation. This policy ensures fairness and consistency in the mentorship process while motivating students to consistently perform well.
