IN NEWS: Madhya Pradesh tops in blood donation and sickle cell screening drive


Introduction

On the occasion of the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi (17 September 2025), Madhya Pradesh emerged as the top-performing state in both voluntary blood donation and sickle cell disease screening campaigns, as per Government of India data.
