In 1562 AD, another army led by Abdullah Khan defeated Baz Bahadur, forcing him into exile.Rani Roopmati was Baz Bahadur’s beloved. During the attack on Sarangpur, Adam Khan took her hostage. To protect her honour and love for Baz Bahadur, she consumed poison and sacrificed her life.
