PM inaugurates Aunta–Simaria Bridge over the Ganga in Bihar

Introduction

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Aunta–Simaria Bridge over the River Ganga in Bihar, along with several infrastructure projects worth over ₹13,000 crore. Built at a cost of ₹1,870 crore on National Highway-31 (NH-31), the 1.86-km-long bridge provides direct connectivity between Mokama (Patna district) and Begusarai.
