Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and growth-oriented candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to join our Business Development and Inside Sales team.This position starts as Work From Home (WFH) for up to 6 months, after which selected candidates may be called to join our upcoming offices in Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education: Any graduate (except Law / PhD / Nursing / Diploma holders / MBA–HR / B.Tech CS or IT).
    • All other B.Tech branches and graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
  • Languages Required:
    • Must know Telugu and English (spoken and written).
    • Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation tools.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Compensation:
💰 Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (inclusive of incentives and performance-linked bonuses)

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Digital Outreach:
    • Generate and manage leads through digital marketing channels (social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and web inquiries).
    • Assist in designing and executing digital campaigns for student engagement.
  • Sales & Counselling:
    • Interact with aspirants interested in UPSC and other competitive exams.
    • Counsel and guide students about suitable courses and programs.
    • Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    • Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential leads.
    • Maintain accurate data records and performance reports.
    • Collaborate with the HR and Academic teams for campaign insights and improvements.
