  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ready to take weekly & monthly target accountability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive end-to-end sales strategy to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Generate leads through innovative ideas and personal initiatives.
  • Build, train, and manage your own sales team.
  • Take full ownership of team performance, target achievement, and reporting.
  • Conduct sessions, follow-ups, and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain high discipline, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
