Eminent IAS is hiring Faculty (Online Live Classes – Zoom) and Social Media Content Faculty Team for a Work From Home (WFH) role. We are looking for candidates with strong subject command, teaching aptitude, and content creation ability to contribute to our UPSC/State PCS platform.

Requirements

📋 Requirements

Regular Graduate (any subject)
Experience: 0–5 Years

Preference Criteria

IIT, IISc, JNU, DU (Top Colleges), BHU, Allahabad University
OR B.Tech (Top 100 Colleges with 75%+)
OR 75%+ average in 10th, 12th, Graduation
OR Experience in Top EdTech / ORN / Mukherjee Nagar Top 5 Coachings

Additional Requirement (Content Team)

Mandatory Demo Video (30–90 seconds)
Training Condition
- Candidates with <3 years experience must undergo:
  - Faculty Training Program (FTP)
  - Duration: 1–2 Months
  - Stipend: ₹15,000/month

Bonuses

Faculty Role: ₹9–12 LPA
Content Faculty Role: ₹12–15 LPA
Final compensation applicable after selection / training clearance

Responsibilities

Faculty (Polity, Economics, Modern History, Geography)

Conduct live online classes (Zoom)
Develop notes, test questions, and study material
Mentor aspirants and guide preparation strategy
Contribute to curriculum development

Social Media Content Faculty (Environment, History, S&T, IR)

Create high-quality academic content for social media
Simplify complex topics into exam-oriented formats
Record short videos / explainers
Stay updated with current affairs and trends
