1️⃣ Senior Faculty (UPSC)
Role
Senior Faculty members will lead subject teaching, mentor aspirants, and contribute to high-quality academic content for UPSC and State PCS examinations.
Eligibility
- UPSC Civil Services Mains Qualified, OR
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in UPSC/PCS coaching from reputed online or offline institutions, OR
- Fresh graduates from IITs / IIMs with strong academic background and subject expertise.
Responsibilities
- Teach UPSC/State PCS subjects (GS, Optional, Essay, Ethics etc.)
- Conduct classroom and online lectures
- Mentor and guide aspirants
- Prepare study material, notes, and test questions
- Participate in academic discussions and curriculum development
Salary
💰 Starting salary up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and subject expertise)
2️⃣ Mentor / Senior Mentor
Role
Mentors will guide aspirants in strategy building, answer writing, and exam preparation planning.
Eligibility
- UPSC or State PCS Prelims qualified candidates
- Strong conceptual understanding of UPSC syllabus
- Ability to guide students in exam strategy
Responsibilities
- Conduct mentorship sessions
- Guide students in answer writing
- Provide preparation strategy and study planning
- Monitor student progress and performance
Salary
💰 Starting salary: ₹9 LPA
3️⃣ Content Development Team
Role
The Content Team will create high-quality academic material for UPSC and State PCS preparation including notes, MCQs, test series, and research-based content.
Eligibility
Minimum Graduate (Regular Degree Only) from reputed institutions such as:
- Top 30 NIRF Arts Colleges
- Top 30 NIRF Engineering Colleges
- Top 10 Colleges of Delhi University
- JNU, BHU and other reputed central universities
- Top 20 Universities in India (as per most recent national rankings)
Salary
💰 Starting salary: ₹6 LPA
Work Mode
- Work From Home (WFH) opportunity initially
- Based on organizational requirements, candidates may be required to work from office after 12 months at one of the following locations:
Responsibilities
- Develop UPSC/PCS study material
- Create MCQs, practice questions, and answer keys
- Prepare current affairs notes
- Assist faculty in research and academic content development
Faculty Training Programme (FTP)
All shortlisted candidates must undergo a Faculty Training Programme (FTP) before final onboarding.
Duration
⏳ Minimum 1 month – Maximum 2 months
Compensation During Training
- 30% of the offered salary will be paid during FTP
- Remaining 70% will be credited after final onboarding of successfully shortlisted candidates
General Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Only Regular Degrees will be considered
- Diploma / Online / Correspondence degrees are NOT eligible
Exception:
Diploma qualifications from IIMs will be considered.
