About the Role
Eminent IAS is launching a Faculty Training Program (FTP) to develop educators for social media–based teaching and educational promotions. Selected candidates will create high-impact academic content and represent Eminent IAS on digital platforms.

Faculty Training Program (FTP)
  • Duration: Minimum 2 months
  • Nature: Learning + practical activities
  • Compensation:
    • Stipend + performance-based incentives
  • Final role and compensation will be decided based on FTP performance

  • Academic Strength: Strong hold on at least one subject:
    • Polity
    • Geography
    • Economy
    • Environment & Ecology
    • Science & Technology
    • History

Bonuses

Compensation After FTP
  • Full-Time Faculty Role: Up to ₹12 LPA
  • Part-Time Role: Minimum ₹6 LPA
If not finalized for the Faculty–Social Media role, high-performing candidates may be considered for other departments, such as:
  • Content Team
  • Marketing Executive
👉 Alternate roles may offer packages ranging from ₹4–7 LPA (or more/less) depending on department and performance.

Content & Performance Requirements
  • Comfortable creating:
    • Short videos / Reels
    • Long-form videos (10–90 minutes)
  • Camera presence required:
    • 80% with face
    • 20% without face
  • Willingness to engage in:
    • Educational content creation
    • Promotional and outreach activities
  • Confidence, clarity of explanation, and consistency are essential
