Description

  • Eminent IAS is looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate who will be the first point of contact for aspirants of UPSC, State PCS, and SSC CGL exams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation follow-up, telecounselling, and full-cycle conversion through engaging conversations that highlight how Eminent IAS stands apart in the competitive exam coaching space.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Any regular graduation (Full-time).📌 Candidates with MBA / B.Tech or prior EdTech sales experience will be preferred.❌ Applicants with PhD, Polytechnic Diploma, MBBS, BDS, LLB, or other non-relevant professional degrees are not eligible.
  • Experience:
    • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, or B2C EdTech preferred.
    • Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Languages & Communication:
    • Excellent command over Hindi or any regional language (Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, etc.)
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
    • Must possess strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Other Required Skills:
    • Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling abilities
    • Passion for working in the education domain and guiding serious aspirants of UPSC/PCS/SSC exams
    • A positive mindset, never-give-up attitude, and ability to meet targets under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Contact and counsel potential leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referral sources, or inbound channels
  • Conduct cold calling and reference-based calling to reach aspirants and explain the value of Eminent IAS
  • Clearly communicate our course offerings, faculty quality, success track record, and how RD Sir & team can transform a student’s preparation journey
  • Offer telephonic, video, or home-based counselling sessions based on student preference and profile
  • Build trust with aspirants and guide them toward the most suitable course (UPSC / State PCS / SSC CGL)
  • Maintain proper lead status in CRM, with timely follow-ups and clear documentation
  • Ensure end-to-end conversion by addressing doubts, objections, and competing offers professionally
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations team for onboarding and smooth post-sale service
