Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai / Gwalior / Remote (Field & Telemarketing Roles Available)

Role Overview:
We are hiring high-energy Marketing Executives to promote Eminent IAS’s coaching programs (UPSC, State PCS, SSC CGL) through strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through social media, references, cold calling, and local networks, and converting prospects into enrolled students.

Requirements

Education:
  • Minimum:
    • Graduation in any stream
    • OR 2nd/3rd/final-year students with NOC from college
  • ❌ Not Eligible: LLB, MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Polytechnic, and other medical/diploma programs
Experience:
  • 0–3 years in:
    • Edtech / Coaching / College Promotions
    • Sales, Telemarketing, Event Marketing
  • Freshers with passion and communication skills are welcome

Bonuses

💼 Salary & Compensation:
  • Fixed CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹4.0 LPA
  • Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹1–2 LPA/year based on:
    • Lead conversion
    • Campaign execution
    • Monthly enrolment targets

Responsibilities

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation through:
    • Social Media Platforms – Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn
    • Cold Calling – Using CRM-provided or self-sourced leads
    • Referral Campaigns – Through students, parents, teachers
    • Local Networks – Libraries, coaching zones, promoters, student hotspots
    • WhatsApp Campaigns – Posters, offers, updates
  • Organize & support:
    • Live Demo Classes, Webinars, College Campaigns
    • Distribution of flyers, standees, pamphlets in educational hubs
  • Daily reporting of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Coordinate with counsellors and academic team
💡 Skills Required:
  • Fluent in Hindi & English
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp marketing
  • Basic tech tools: Google Sheets, CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp Web
  • Self-driven, target-oriented & comfortable with field work (if applicable)
