Implementation:
Municipal elections in Patna, Rohtas, and East Champaran (for 6 councils).
Voting date: June 28, 2025.

Senior citizens
Disabled persons
Pregnant women
Others unable to visit polling booths

App Name: E-SECBHR (Android only).
Developed by: Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).
Verification: Mobile number linked to electoral roll + Voter ID.
Security Features:
Max 2 registered voters per mobile number.
Blockchain technology ensures immutable vote records.
Facial recognition for voter identity verification.
Secure login with voter ID number.
Numbers:
Till June 27: ~10,000 voters registered.
Expected users: ~50,000 voters (mobile app + website).
Future Use:
Not confirmed whether it will be used for Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 (Oct–Nov).
