    • App Name: E-SECBHR (Android only).

    • Developed by: Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).

    • Verification: Mobile number linked to electoral roll + Voter ID.

  5. Security Features:

    • Max 2 registered voters per mobile number.

    • Blockchain technology ensures immutable vote records.

    • Facial recognition for voter identity verification.

    • Secure login with voter ID number.

  6. Numbers:

    • Till June 27: ~10,000 voters registered.

    • Expected users: ~50,000 voters (mobile app + website).
