Managed by women of Jeevika SHG scheme.
Affordable meals for visitors from remote areas.
Extended to Govt. medical colleges & hospitals.
Subsidised rate: ₹20 per plate.
Rollout: From July 1, 2025.
Estimated cost: ₹5 crore.
Women Entrepreneurship Support
Committee under Development Commissioner (Pratyaya Amrit).
Assistance: ₹2 lakh per woman entrepreneur.
Beneficiaries: Identified from 94 lakh poor families (caste survey).
Total families in Bihar: 2.76 crore.
Social Security Pension
For old age, disability, widow categories.
Enhanced from ₹400 → ₹1,100/month.
Beneficiaries: 1.11 crore people.
Financial burden: ₹9,202 crore.
MGNREGA Amendment
Expenditure approval limit doubled for Gram Panchayats:
From ₹5 lakh → ₹10 lakh.
Panchayati Raj Reforms
1.5 times increase in allowances for elected representatives (3-tier Panchayati Raj & Gram Kutchery).
Ex gratia ₹5 lakh to kin of Panchayat/Gram Kutchery members in case of normal death during tenure.
