बिहार में चल रहे भूमि सर्वेक्षण में कैथी लिपि अब बाधा नहीं रहेगी। सरकार हर जिले में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम चला रही है। दरभंगा में 23 से 26 सितंबर तक और समस्तीपुर में 26 से 28 सितंबर तक प्रशिक्षण होगा। इस प्रशिक्षण में अमीनों और कानूनगो को कैथी लिपि सिखाई जाएगी। यह प्रशिक्षण बनारस हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय के रिसर्च स्कॉलर प्रीतम कुमार और छपरा के मो. वकार अहमद देंगे।

- Features such as lack of shirorekha, absence of compound letters, and continuous writing make reading old records challenging.
Training Program:
- Targeted at Amin and Kanungo officials responsible for the land survey.
- Conducted by Banaras Hindu University scholars Pritam Kumar and Md. Wakar Ahmad.
- Locations: Darbhanga (23–26 Sept) and Samastipur (26–28 Sept).
- Organized in four shifts per day; duration three days per batch.
- Focus on overcoming challenges of reading hard-to-decipher old Khatian, unmarked vowels, and continuous letter patterns.
