  3. Three-Month Preceding Campaign (18 August – 17 November 2025)

    • The five focus areasidentified for action across all Central Government Ministries, Departments, and Organizations are:
      • (a) Disposal of pending complaints received before 30 June 2025
      • (b) Expedited disposal of pending cases
      • (c) Capacity building programs for vigilance officers and staff
      • (d) Strengthening asset management and accountability systems
      • (e) Promoting digital initiatives to reduce human interface and improve transparency
    • These measures are expected to have a long-term impact on vigilance administration by improving efficiency, accountability, and preventive vigilance mechanisms.
  4. Workshop on AI and Ethical Governance
    • As part of the observance, the Commission will host a one-day workshop on “AI and Emerging Technologies for Ethical Governance” on 31 October 2025.
    • The workshop will explore the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation in promoting transparency, detecting irregularities, and supporting ethical decision-making within governance frameworks.
    • It reflects the CVC’s focus on integrating technology-driven vigilance into India’s administrative systems.
