Defence Minister Rajnath Singh lays foundation stone of ₹1,800 crore BEML Rail Hub in Madhya Pradesh

• Defence Minister Rajnath Singh laid the foundation stone of the ₹1,800 crore BEML Rail Hub at Umaria village, Raisen district, Madhya Pradesh.
• The facility covers over 60 hectares and is named ‘Brahma’ after the Indian creator deity.

• The unit will manufacture coaches for Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat, and Metro trains.
