Haj Suvidha App 2.0 – Key Highlights

To digitize and enhance the Haj pilgrimage experience for Indian pilgrims.New Features in Version 2.0:
- Complete selection process and boarding pass management through the app
- Flight and travel details integrated digitally
- Navigation system with Mina maps
- Access to medical history and health advisories
- Enhanced transparency and real-time communication
Reforms Discussed:
- Removal of discretionary quota for fair allotment
- Facilities for female pilgrims without Mehram
- Modern accommodations with lifts in Aziziya and near Haram
- New buses for inter-city and Mashaer region travel
Significance:
- Promotes Digital India and inclusive governance
- Reflects India’s commitment to citizen-centric religious administration
- Enhances bilateral cooperation with Saudi Arabia
