India Unveils Battery Aadhaar to Track Batteries
Context:
On May 28, 2025, the Science and Technology Minister, Jitendra Singh, unveiled the Battery Aadhaar Initiative to monitor the entire lifecycle of batteries from manufacturing to recycling. Tata Elxsi demonstrated the technology using its MOBIUS+ platform at the Battery Summit 2025.
