India’s top 10 states with longest National Highway network

  1. India’s National Highway (NH) network has expanded significantly over the past decade, growing from 91,287 km in March 2014 to 1,46,342 km as of June 30, 2025, an increase of 55,055 km.
  2. The length of access-controlled High-Speed Corridors / Expressways has increased from 93 km (2014) to 5,110 km, of which 2,636 km are operational.

    • Andhra Pradesh: 8,683 km
    • Karnataka: 8,191 km

    • Odisha: 5,897 km
