- Born: 26 March 1941, Frugarolo, Italy
- Passion for racing began with karting, later progressed to Formula Monza and Formula Three.
Historic Achievement
- 1975 Spanish Grand Prix – finished 6th, becoming the first and only woman to score points in Formula 1 history.
- Scored 0.5 points (race shortened due to a crash).
- First woman to race and qualify in F1 since Maria Teresa de Filippis (1958).

- First female to qualify & compete in Race of Champions, Brands Hatch (1974) – finished 14th.

- Winner: 6 Hours of Pergusa & 6 Hours of Vallelunga.
