  • Awards recognise retired and retiring government employees for documenting their administrative experiences via the Anubhav portal (launched in 2015).

Award Highlights 2025:

  • 15 awardees selected from 1,500 write-ups across 11 Ministries and Departments.
  • Top contributors: CRPF (4 awards), DRDO (2 awards).
  • First-time awardees include employees from SBI, BHEL, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Jal Shakti.
  • 33% women awardees, highlighting growing women participation in governance.
  • Since inception: 12,500+ write-ups published, 78 awards conferred.

Pre-Retirement Counselling Workshop:

  • 57th edition inaugurated by Dr. Singh
  • Guides 1,200+ soon-to-retire employees on pensions, health benefits, grievance redressal, and investment options
  • Special exhibition by 19 pension-disbursing banks and India Post Payments Bank

Nation-wide Digital Life Certificate (DLC) Campaign 4.0:

  • Scheduled for November 2025
  • Enables pensioners to submit life certificates digitally from home, improving convenience
