Traffic Curbs in Delhi for 150th Year Celebration of Vande Mataram

1. Context: Delhi Police has issued a traffic advisory in view of the 150th Year Celebration of the National Song Vande Mataram being held at the Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi.
