  • Ranking Improvement: UP moved from 29th to 18th nationally in the SDG Index, rising from the ‘Performer’ to ‘Front Runner’ category.
  • Score Improvement: Increased by 25 points, from 42 (2018-19) to 67 (2023-24). This is the most improved performance among Indian states.
