• Launch: Mumbai Central Division, Western Railway.
• Aim: Redefining ticket checking with discipline & dignity — focus on values of empathy, accountability, public interest, dignity, and safety.
• Objective: Restore confidence among ticket checking staff, safeguard their rights, and improve passenger experience.
• Operation: Large-scale ticket checking at Borivali station (06 Aug 2025).
• Scale: 300+ staff, RPF & GRP support.
• Outcome: 5,200 ticketless travellers detected; ₹13.50 lakh penalty collected.
