• Organised by: Department of Youth Services & Sports, UT Ladakh
• Objective: Promote winter tourism in Ladakh & showcase its cultural heritage.

   • Chief Guest: Vikram Singh Malik – Administrative Secretary, Tourism & Culture & Youth Services & Sports, UT Ladakh.
   • Guest of Honour: Er. Punchok Tashi – Executive Councilor, LAHDC-Kargil.

• Infrastructure development for winter sports in Ladakh.
• Plans to host national-level winter sports events in UT Ladakh.
• Development of snow ski slope in Zanskar & upgradation of snow ski school.
• Recognition of Indian Ice Hockey Team’s representation at Winter Asian Games, Harbin (China), with majority players from Ladakh – a matter of pride.
